Made this smoothie this morning. Now, i can’t decide if I liked it or not :S It was really weird, I feel like the orange juice didn’t quite go with it :S The first few sips were questionable but I did finish my glass, as I think it got better, or I got used to it. This has confused my brain a little :S Probably wouldn’t make it again :S

Strawberry Peanut Butter Milkshake
2 glasses1 banana
1 cup oat milk (or milk of your choice)
4 tbsp peanut butter
10 fresh strawberries, cut in quarters
1/2 lime, juicePulse oat milk, peanut butter, banana and 2 ice cubes in a blender. Divide the strawberries in 2 large glasses and muddle them together with fresh lime juice! Pour the peanut butter milkshake on top of the strawberry mash and serve immediately.
Strawberries, with cheesecake (vegan) on the side recipe
-One container of vegan cream cheese
-3/4 cup of vegan sour cream
- bag of powdered sugar *yes, this isn’t healthy, but it’s cheesecake for crying out loud!*
-Crushed gram crackers
-Mix cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl, and add in powdered sugar to taste. I would start with 1/2 cup and see how sweet that is. If you want it sweeter add a little more.
-Clean berries, and cut off the top and scoop out middle with a small knife.
-Fill center of berries with cheesecake filling.
-Top with crushed gram crackers.
